Dustbowl-Goin' Down New Release for Fuzz Overdose

"GOIN' DOWN" NEW ALBUM - FUZZ OVERDOSE RECORDS – NOVEMBER 2009. Dustbowl formed in May of 2006. The band is largely characterised by the symbolism of their lyrically rich songs, their fixation with the “long black train”, their sound - a peculiar amalgam, a mixture of multiple effects based on American Rock and Alt. Country / Americana and Roots music. They already have two releases in their luggage."Ramblin' Blues EP"-2007 and "Troublebound & Lonesome"-2008 album which got raving reviews in the local and international press, combined with the band's energetic live shows has gained them a cult status and a strong following in the rock underground scene. "Goin' Down" is their new album for FUZZ OVERDOSE RECORDS which will be released in November 2009. Contains 14 Songs hitten by the whirlwinds and the hurricanes of the dustbowl sand... Their new album “Goin Down” reveals the Band’s Dusty Desert Rock sound, mixed in their own flavour and ambience of Alt. Country. It is an esoteric elegy of sentiments that draws us "down" with them, and signifies that the only catharsis, the one way road for Dustbowl comes from the desert sound, from the earth this time… "Goin' Down" features notable special guests such as: Alex K. (The Last Drive, The Earthbound), Phil Shoenfelt (Fatal Shore, Southern Cross), and Jeremy Gluck (The Barracudas) Track List: 1. The Burden(A-You Can't Bear) 2. Chain Gang Partners 3. Lil’Mefisto 4.
